Not only is it time for you to get over imposter syndrome, it’s time for you to become a confident entrepreneur!
The life of an entrepreneur is such a roller coaster isn’t it? One day you’re in the groove- coming up with amazing ideas, interacting with your audience and feeling so confident and on track.
And the next day you wake up and hate everything you made the day before, can’t get out of your funk and feel like a total fraud.
Imposter syndrome is a very real thing and we ALL go through it, but let’s talk about how to kick that feeling to the curb whenever it rears its ugly head!
Today I’m going to teach you 3 QUICK and EASY ways to get rid of this awful feeling of imposter syndrome whenever it comes up so you can keep on pushing yourself towards success.
So let’s do a QUICK recap for you. Three ways you can conquer that feeling and get over imposter syndrome for good!
Step # 1 is make a list of your accomplishments.
I’m not necessarily talking about awards or titles. I’m talking about a comprehensive list of EVERYTHING you’ve accomplished in your life and your business.
Step #2 STOP comparing yourself to people on the internet.
It’s funny how we all 100% know this is something we should NOT be doing, but we do it anyway.
Step #3 is to get a mentor.
I cannot stress this enough- find someone who knows you better than you know yourself because nothing works better to get out of a funk than to have someone snap you back to reality and reassure you that you’re doing awesome.
Remember, it is NORMAL to feel like an imposter sometimes and I even think it can help spur you on to be a better business owner. However you don’t want to walk around feeling like a fraud 24/7, so be sure to come back to these 3 tips whenever you start to feel it coming on.
