It is no secret that I truly believe in pampering yourself. So, I have compiled 4 Ways to Pamper Yourself This Week for you- and you better do at least one!
#1- UPGRADE YOUR LIFE
This sounds vague, BUT that’s because there are a million+ ways to do this. It can be something as simple as getting yourself a new lipstick, downloading a new app to streamline your business, or hiring that new assistant.
One way I chose to upgrade my life this week was to invest in a Nespresso machine and let me tell you- this was a MASSIVE upgrade!

#2- MAKE YOURSELF COMFORTABLE
One of the best things I ever learned was, when you are feeling UNCOMFORTABLE or getting agitated, stop and ask yourself “why?”. For me, it’s almost always related to 3 things.
1. I am too cold or too hot. In my house, we keep the AC running and I usually get chilly. So, one of the best investments I’ve made for myself this month are these AMAZING slippers I found on Amazon! I even shared these on Instagram and TONS of people went and got them…and love them as much as I do. The best part is the open toe, so your feet won’t sweat 😉 They comes in a TON of colors too.
2. I am hungry, or thirsty, or both. If you’re an entrepreneur it’s SO easy to forget to take time to eat or drink. Do yourself a favor and set alarms to make sure you get the nutrients you need! P.S. If you hate drinking water like me, check out this water bottle that has changed my life! Now I always get in at least a gallon of water a day!
3. It’s too noisy or chaotic. I have a low tolerance for chaos, so any time I’m surrounded by noise, or a mess, I can get stressed FAST. Now I take a moment to make sure my desk is clean, my kids know I am working so they keep the noise to a minimum, and I shut off my notifications so I can work in peace!
#3- MAKE TIME FOR QUIET TIME
Another really difficult concept for business owners is quiet time. For years I have neglected it, but recently I have made it a priority and it really helps me clear my mind.
You can pray, read, meditate, take a walk outside etc. As long as it is quiet.
I prefer to read my Bible and right now I am going through the James Bible Study by Daily Grace Co. It is not only comforting and thought-provoking, but it’s also beautiful!
#4- MASK IT UP!
I love, love, love masks. They are such a quick and easy way to take care of yourself and feel pampered!
